Section Rec 406.10 - Documentation of a Licensee's Professional Presentations

Documentation of a licensee's professional presentation at a professional symposium, conference or workshop shall be:

(a) The printed program of the symposium, conference or workshop showing:

(1) An indication of the contents of the presentation;

(2) The date of the presentation; and

(3) The number of hours of the presentation; and

(b) A copy of:

(1) An evaluation of the presentation;

(2) A summary of the evaluations of the presentation;

(3) A letter of thanks addressed to the licensee; or

(4) Any other document confirming that the presentation was completed.
