Section Rec 202.01 - Procedures for the Receipt of Misconduct Complaints and the Conduct of Disciplinary Hearings

Pursuant to RSA 328-F:13, II, the procedures for the receipt of misconduct complaints and the conduct of disciplinary hearings shall be the procedures set forth in Ahp 203 through Ahp 213.
