Section Rea 204.04 - Response(a) Each licensee, accredited individual, institution, or organization, or person charged with practicing unlawful brokerage activity against whom a complaint is made shall respond to the complaint by completing an original "Complaint Form Response" form, effective June 2017. Said form shall be signed and sworn to in the presence of a notary public or justice of the peace.(b) The response shall be filed with the commission within 30 days of receipt of the Complaint Form Response.N.H.
