Section Rab 306.02 - Fees(a) All fees shall be paid in the form of cash, money order, bank draft, credit card or check payable to: "Treasurer, State of New Hampshire" and shall be non-refundable.(b) Whenever any check is returned to the board as uncollectible, the board shall, pursuant to RSA 6:11-a, I, charge a fee of $25 or 5 percent of the face amount of the check, whichever is the greater, plus all protest and bank charges in addition to the amount of the check.N.H.
