N.H. Admin. Code § Puc 909.14
The registration and re-registration applications, the host's annual report, the distribution utility's annual report described in Puc 909.08(i), and any related attachments provided to the commission shall be public documents which shall be disclosed by the commission upon request, except that the commission shall protect from public disclosure to the extent permitted by law information that is considered to be confidential, commercial, or financial, or other information, the disclosure of which would constitute an invasion of privacy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any information submitted to the commission pursuant to this chapter shall be available to the commission for the preparation and public release of statistics and other metric and non-metric data.
