Section Puc 905.07 - Payment for Upgrades or Improvements to the Electric Distribution System

If an upgrade or an improvement to the electric distribution system up to the customer-generator's meter is necessary for the distribution utility to interconnect to the customer-generator's net-metered facility, the expense shall be borne according to the utility's approved tariff on file with the commission.
