Section Puc 704.02 - Preservation of Records(a) All records shall be preserved by the utility for a period of 2 years unless otherwise designated herein or by the commission's or the department's rules governing the preservation of records, including, but not limited to, Puc 704.04(b) and En 706.(b) All records shall be kept within New Hampshire at the office or offices of the utility and shall be open at all reasonable hours for examination by the commission or the department.N.H.
