Section Puc 604.02 - Preservation of Records(a) All records shall be preserved by the utility for a period of 2 years unless otherwise designated by the commission's rules or the department's rules governing the preservation of records, including Puc 604.04(b) and En 604.05 (g).(b) The utility shall make such records available to the commission or the department upon request at the utility's office located in the state of New Hampshire.N.H.
