Section Puc 506.03 - Reports to Commission(a) The utility shall furnish to the commission the results of any required tests and summaries of any required records pursuant to RSA 374:15.(b) The utility shall also furnish the commission with any information concerning the utility's facilities or operations relating to determining rates or judging the practices of the utility pursuant to RSA 378:1.(c) Each utility shall file periodic reports as required in Puc 507.N.H. Admin. Code § Puc 506.03
