Section Puc 3003.04 - Reporting Requirements of Competitive Natural Gas Suppliers(a) Each CNGS shall file annually, by no later than March 1 of each year, a report of its sales in the prior calendar year.(b) The report required by (a) above shall include: (1) The name of and responsible reporting agent for the CNGS;(2) The date of the report;(3) The year covered in the report;(4) The number of New Hampshire customers, by rate class, by month, with annual totals; and(5) Sales volumes to New Hampshire customers, in dekatherm units, by rate class, by month, with annual totals.(c) With each application for renewal, each CNGS shall file, on a confidential basis, a report listing any aggregators currently using the CNGS to provide service to New Hampshire customers, and the number of customers served by each listed aggregator.N.H.
