Section Puc 308.15 - E-34 Transmission Crew Reports during Wide Scale Emergencies

During wide scale emergencies, a utility shall prepare and shall file Form E-34 dated 8/2013 and available at the commission's website at www.puc.nh.gov/forms, and file one electronic copy with the commission.
