Section Puc 308.10 - Annual Report, FERC Form No. 1(a) Each utility shall file with the commission one signed original and one electronic copy of its completed FERC form No. 1 "Annual Report of Major Electric Utilities, Licensees and Others," as described in 18 C.F. R. § 141.1, at the same time it files such report with the FERC.(b) Each utility shall, at the time it files the annual report required by (a) above, file a copy of the annual report with the New Hampshire office of the consumer advocate.N.H.
