Section Puc 302.24 - Wide-scale emergency "Wide-scale emergency" means an event that is an event which results in, or is or expected to result in:
(a) A sustained interruption of electric service to 10% or more of the utility's customers, or 40,000 of the utility's customers, whichever is less and restoration of electric service to any of these customers takes more than 24 hours; or(b) The federal, state or local government declaring an official state of emergency in the utility's service territory and the emergency involves an interruption of electric service.N.H.
