Section Puc 2601.02 - . Applicability

Puc 2600 shall apply to those persons seeking use of monies from the greenhouse gas emissions reduction fund including:

(a) Private entities;

(b) The department;

(c) The commission; and

(d) Other state and local governmental agencies and instrumentalities.
