Section Puc 2105.01 - Separate Books and Records and Access by Commission(a) A utility and its affiliates shall keep separate books and records.(b) The books and records of affiliates, including vouchers, memoranda, documents, letters, contracts, or other papers, shall be open during normal business hours for examination by the commission and its staff with respect to transactions and other matters involving the relationships between the utility and its affiliates.N.H.
