Section Puc 2003.04 - Reporting Requirements of Competitive Electric Power Suppliers(a) No later than January 31, April 30, July 31 and October 31 of each year, each CEPS shall submit a confidential quarterly sales report containing the information specified in Puc 2006.03.(b) The report required in (a) above shall be provided on a confidential basis to the Office of Consumer Advocate.(c) Each CEPS shall file, by July 1 of each year, the Annual Renewable Portfolio Standard Compliance Filing required by Puc 2503.03.(d) Each CEPS shall pay to the commission, by July 1 of each year, any alternative compliance payment due pursuant to Puc 2503.N.H. Admin. Code § Puc 2003.04
