Section Puc 203.19 - Consolidation of Hearings(a) When more than one application or petition seeks the same or similar relief, the commission shall consolidate the cases to be heard on a common record if it determines that to do so will promote the orderly and efficient conduct of the proceeding.(b) The executive director shall note any such consolidation in the docket record of each affected proceeding.(c) The cost of consolidated hearings shall be borne equitably by the parties.(d) In determining an equitable sharing of costs pursuant to (c) above, the commission shall consider: (1) A utility's number of customers; and(2) A utility's in-state revenue.(e) If a party objects to consolidation, such consolidation shall not occur until after the party has had an opportunity to be heard on the issue.N.H.
