Section Psyc 208.02 - Action on Petitions for Declaratory Rulings(a) The board shall issue a decision on the request for a declaratory ruling, in writing, within 90 days of receipt of a petition.(b) A copy of each written decision on a request for declaratory ruling shall be: (1) Filed with the director of legislative services;(2) Sent to the petitioner by first class mail; and(3) Filed with the board.N.H.
