Section Psyc 205.01 - Hearings(a) The board shall commence an adjudicative proceeding to resolve any disciplinary or licensure allegation arising under this chapter which has not been resolved in accordance with Psyc 204.02.(b) Once an adjudicative proceeding has been commenced, no party shall communicate with a participating member of the board concerning the merits of the case except upon notice to all parties and in accordance with the rules of this chapter.N.H.
