Section Pos 903.01 - Description of Recipient's Obligations(a) Each recipient shall provide the commission with the name and address of the current servicer of each of the educational loans the student has received, and shall be responsible for notifying the commission of any change in servicer information within 3 months of such change.(b) Recipients shall be responsible for notifying the commission of any change in the address shown on the application within 3 months of such change.(c) Applicant shall reapply each year, for up to 5 years.N.H.
