Section Pos 902.01 - Award Amounts and Frequency(a) Awards shall be made to the loan servicer, in the recipient's name, in the following amounts: (1) For first and second years of service, 15% of loan amount up to $1,500;(2) For the third and fourth years of service, 20% of loan amount up to $2,000; and(3) For the fifth year of service, 30% of loan amount up to $3,000.(b) If the loan balances total more than $10,000, the loans shall be credited by descending interest rate or in the order of preference by applicant designation.(c) Only loan principal shall be eligible for repayment.(d) No recipient shall receive more than $10,000 in loan repayments.N.H.
