Section Pos 803.02 - Eligibility(a) A student shall be classified as eligible for purposes of the leveraged grant program if he or she has been a resident of the state for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the term for which in-state status is claimed.(b) In all cases of application for in-state status for the leveraged grant program purposes, the burden of proof shall be on the applicant.(c) No unemancipated person shall be eligible for in-state status unless his or her parent shall have established his or her domicile in this state.(d) No person shall be eligible for in-state status unless his/her residence in New Hampshire is for some purpose other than the temporary or primary one of obtaining an education.N.H.
