Section Pos 1601.03 - Eligiblity

In order to be eligible to receive assistance under this program an individual shall:

(a) Have completed his or her veterinary education, including any required internships and residences;

(b) Be currently licensed by the NH board of veterinary medicine to practice in New Hampshire;

(c) Have at least 35 percent of his or her practice be devoted to large animals as defined in Pos 1601.01(a).

(d) An applicant for tuition repayment under this program shall complete and submit the application for large animal veterinarian tuition repayment (PEC-vet) by the deadline specified in Pos 1601.05;
