Section Pos 1401.05 - Award of Tuition Waiver(a) The tuition waiver, in combination with all other forms of gift aid, shall not exceed the cost of education at the student's institution.(b) A maximum of 20 new and renewal tuition waivers shall be awarded for each academic year.(c) The postsecondary education commission, in consultation with the division of children, youth and families of the department of health and human services, shall determine those students who will receive a tuition waiver under this program.(d) Final awards shall be based on an applicant's amount of self-help assistance and unmet need.N.H.
