Section Pos 1110.02 - Program Submittal(a) The school shall submit form PEC 1100-10 to the director for its review and approval; and(b) The program information shall include, but not be limited to: (2) Resources required to implement and maintain the program, such as personnel, materials, equipment, finances, and facilities;(3) Resumes of instructors; and(4) The entity shall submit additional information, as required, to enable the director to make a substantiated and informed decision.N.H.
