Section Pos 1104.15 - Equipment(a) Equipment and other instructional materials, if potentially hazardous in nature, shall be sufficient in quality and quantity to assure safety and in all cases be of sufficient quality to provide the training specified in a course or meet the requirements of the school's accrediting association, if any.(b) Evidence shall be provided in the form of applicable certificates or licenses that equipment meets all requirements of statutory provisions and local ordinances pertaining to fire, health, safety, and sanitation.N.H.
