Section Pos 1104.13 - Library(a) The school shall have a written strategic plan for the library that: (1) Is supportive of and in accord with the school's purpose, the nature of the educational program, and the enrollment; and(2) Meets the requirements of the school's accrediting association, if applicable.(b) The library shall be of a size and quality to meet the academic needs of the students and the school.(c) If outside libraries are to provide a major part of the library resources for the educational program, the extent of dependence on other libraries shall be clearly stated and the nature and details of agreements with other libraries shall be described.(d) Agreements with other libraries shall specify the following:(1) The degree to which the holdings of the other libraries support the school's educational program and enrollment; and(2) The degree to which students of the school can use these libraries.N.H.
