Section Pos 102.04 - Operations of the Commission(a) The commission operates in accordance with the separate and distinct rules which have been adopted in accordance with the provisions of RSA 541-A in carrying out its duties and responsibilities, and in administering the programs entrusted to it.(b) Copies of such rules are available, upon request, at the commission's office located at 3 Barrell Court, Suite 300, Concord, NH 03301-8543.N.H.
