Section Pol 207.02 - OrdersThe following shall apply to orders:
(a) Within 7 days after the conclusion of the hearing, the presiding officer shall issue an order reflecting the action to be taken by the council and the reason therefor. Said order shall be sent to the parties through the United States mail, or by personal delivery.(b) The order shall constitute a final action on the part of the council.N.H. Admin. Code § Pol 207.02
