Section Pol 206.08 - Record of HearingThe following shall apply to the record of the hearing:
(a) The presiding officer shall cause all oral proceedings under this part to be recorded. The recordings shall become part of the record for decision and shall be available to all parties for examination and copying.(b) The presiding officer shall make available a copy of the recording or transcription to any person entitled under RSA 91-A requesting such within 30 days of such request. The requesting party shall pay all actual costs for such transcriptions or copies.N.H. Admin. Code § Pol 206.08
