At any time following the commencement of an adjudicatory proceeding, the presiding officer, upon motion, or upon his or her own initiative, shall direct all interested parties to attend one or more prehearing conference in accordance with RSA 541-A:31, V to consider:
(a) Offers of settlement;(b) Simplification of the issues;(c) Stipulations or admissions as to issues of fact or proof by consent of the parties and interveners;(d) Limitations on the number of witnesses;(e) Changes to standard procedures desired during the hearing by consent of the parties and interveners;(f) Consolidation of examination of witnesses; and(g) Any other matters which aid in the disposition of the proceeding.N.H.
