Section Pod 204.03 - Delivery of Documents(a) Copies of all petitions, motions, exhibits, memoranda, or other documents filed by any party or intervener to a proceeding governed by these rules shall be delivered by that party or intervener to all other parties or interveners or, if represented, to the representative to the proceeding.(b) All notices, orders, decisions or other documents issued by the presiding officer or board shall be delivered to all parties and interveners to the proceeding.(c) Delivery of all documents relating to a proceeding shall be made by personal delivery or by depositing a copy of the document, by first class mail, postage prepaid, in the United States mail, addressed to the last address given to the board by the party and intervener.(d) When a party or intervener appears by a representative, delivery of a document to the party's or intervener's representative at the address stated on the appearance filed by the representative shall constitute delivery to the party or intervener.N.H.
