Section Plc 707.09 - Actions After Office Inspections(a) The executive director shall approve an office after an initial inspection if the report provided by the inspector allows the executive director to determine that the office meets the requirements of Plc 707.01.(b) If the report provided by the inspector after an initial inspection identifies one or more conditions that do not meet the applicable requirement(s), the executive director shall notify the applicant or licensee, as applicable, of the deficiencies and explain that the office shall not be approved unless the deficiencies are corrected.(c) If approval is denied pursuant to (b), above, the applicant or licensee, as applicable, shall: (1) Notify the executive director in writing when corrections have been made; and(2) Allow the inspector to re-inspect the office to confirm that corrections have been made.(d) If the report provided by the inspector after a subsequent routine inspection identifies one or more conditions that do not meet the applicable requirement(s), the executive director shall notify the licensee of the deficiencies and:(1) If the conditions do not threaten the health or safety of persons entering the office, set a deadline for the licensee to submit a plan of correction, which deadline shall not be sooner than 20 days from the date of the notice; or(2) If the conditions do threaten the health or safety of persons entering the office, commence a proceeding to suspend or revoke the license under Plc 706.02.N.H. Admin. Code § Plc 707.09
