Section Plc 602.04 - Prohibited Practices(a) Only individuals licensed by the state of New Hampshire may practice body art in New Hampshire.(b) The practice of body art shall not include practices that are considered surgical procedure by RSA 329:1, including, but not limited to: (1) Implants under the skin; and(2) Tongue splitting or forking.(c) The practice of body art shall not include pigmentation of the eye-ball.(d) An applicant who has been denied a license, or a licensee whose license has been suspended or revoked, shall not practice body art.(e) The tattooing, branding, and piercing of animals by a licensee shall be prohibited.N.H.
