Section Plc 308.10 - Withdrawal or Abandonment of Renewal Application(a) An applicant may withdraw the application for licensure renewal at any time prior to being notified of a decision under Plc 308.11.(b) To withdraw an application, the applicant shall submit written notice to the licensing bureau via email to customersupport@oplc.nh.gov that:(1) Clearly states the applicant's intention to withdraw the application; and(2) Clearly identifies the name in which the application was submitted, the profession for which the application was submitted, and the date the application was submitted.(c) Upon receipt of a notice of withdrawal, the licensing bureau shall cease processing the application and mark the file to indicate the application was voluntarily withdrawn by the applicant.(d) A renewal application shall be deemed to be abandoned if the applicant files an incomplete application and does not provide all information necessary to complete the application when directed to do so pursuant to Plc 308.09.(e) If the application is withdrawn or abandoned, then:(1) The licensee shall no longer be authorized to practice after the expiration date;(2) If the person wishes to practice in New Hampshire, licensure shall be sought as provided in Plc 312; and(3) The application-related fees paid with the renewal application shall not be refunded.N.H.
