Section Plc 211.02 - Definitions For purposes of this part, the following definitions shall apply:
(a) "Decision maker" means the person who has the authority to rule on a petition for waiver, such as the executive director, presiding officer, or board.(b) "Petition for waiver" means the document, or the totality of oral presentation, by which a person seeks relief from complying with a rule as written.
