Section Plc 1606.01 - Applicability(a) The standards in this part shall apply to each person who applies to be registered under RSA 326-M or who is registered under RSA 326-M.(b) Violations of these standards shall constitute unprofessional conduct that subjects the violator to disciplinary proceedings pursuant to Plc 1607 and other applicable law.N.H.
