Section Plc 1509.01 - Applicability of Standards(a) The standards in this part shall apply to each individual who applies to be licensed under RSA 326-E or who is licensed under RSA 326-E.(b) Violations of these standards shall constitute unprofessional conduct that subjects the violator to disciplinary proceedings pursuant to Plc 1510.N.H. Admin. Code § Plc 1509.01
