Section Plc 1502.15 - Live programming

"Live programming" means educational programming presented by an instructor or by a panel of instructors that is available to attendees at the time it is being originally presented. The term includes a program attended remotely using a computer or other audio-visual telecommunications equipment, provided the attendee has an opportunity during the program to ask questions about the material presented that are answered by the instructor(s).
