Section Plc 1407.01 - Eligibility for License Renewal To be eligible for renewal of a license to practice recreational therapy, an individual shall:
(a) As required by RSA 326-J:6, I: (1) Have not violated RSA 326-J or rules adopted to implement RSA 326-J or demonstrated poor moral character; and(2) Meet the continuing competency requirements specified in Plc 1406;(b) As required by Plc 1406.03, maintain NCTRC certification;(c) Have paid all administrative and civil penalties imposed, if any; and(d) Meet the eligibility for renewal criteria specified in Plc 308.02.N.H. Admin. Code § Plc 1407.01
