Section Plc 1401.03 - Notifications; Issuance of Licenses(a) All notifications sent to applicants and licensees and all licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall be sent to the applicant's or licensee's designated email address.(b) All notifications and licenses sent to a designated email address for which the OPLC does not receive any indication that the email was not delivered shall be deemed to have been received by the individual who designated the email address.N.H.
