Section Phy 302.13 - Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)

"Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)" means a test developed by the Educational Testing Service to measure the ability of non-native speakers of English to use and understand English as it is spoken, written, and heard in college and university settings.
