A pharmacist shall not dispense or sell to the public any drug which is adulterated or misbranded. After notice and opportunity for a hearing, a pharmacist who is found by the board to have knowingly dispensed or otherwise sold for consumption an adulterated or misbranded drug, shall be subject to disciplinary action according to RSA 318:29.
