Section Ph 601.12 - Deliveries(a) All drug order deliveries containing prescription drugs shall be delivered only when a licensed practitioner is on the premises in order to secure such drug orders.(b) In the case of methadone maintenance/detoxification facilities, drug deliveries may be accepted only by the licensed practitioner or other individuals identified according to the requirements of 21 CFR 1301.74(h).N.H.
