Section Ph 601.04 - Consultant Pharmacist

All applicants licensed under the provisions of RSA 318:51-b shall have a written contract with a pharmacist, licensed in NH, to serve as a consultant on all matters relating to procurement, storage and dispensing of prescription drugs as defined in RSA 318:1, XVII.
