Section Ph 2107.06 - Category III: Low Risk For the following providers without controlled substances who dispense or administer prescription medications, inspections shall be upon request of the provider's board or provider:
(a) Private practice physicians with a hospital/HMO affiliation;(b) Providers who are always affiliated with a hospital/HMO;(c) Naturopath providers with no prescription legend medications; and(d) Other health care providers with no prescription legend medications.N.H. Admin. Code § Ph 2107.06
