Section Ph 1805.02 - Revocation, Suspension, or Nonrenewal of National Certification(a) Upon the revocation, suspension, or nonrenewal of the advanced pharmacy technician's national certification the advanced pharmacy technician shall notify the board within 15 days of that action by the national certifying body.(b) The board upon notification by the advanced pharmacy technician of the revocation, suspension, or nonrenewal of the national certification shall issue a notice of hearing.N.H.
