Section Ph 1001.06 - Provision of Standardized Fact Sheet Required(a) For each emergency contraception drug therapy initiated pursuant to this chapter, the pharmacist shall provide the recipient of the emergency contraceptive drug with a standardized fact sheet developed by the board that includes at least the following:(1) The indications for use of the drug;(2) The appropriate method for using the drug;(3) The need for medical follow-up and referral information; and(4) Information on sexual assault and referral information.(b) A copy of the standardized fact sheet Ph EC-4 may be obtained from the office of the board identified in Ph 103.03.N.H. Admin. Code § Ph 1001.06
