Section Pes 305.07 - Oral Examinations(a) Oral examinations, which shall encompass the same information as written exams as described under Pes 305.06, shall be used in cases where applicants have difficulty in comprehending and answering written questions, even though their training and experience indicate adequate competency.(b) Oral examinations shall be conducted on a one-to-one basis between the applicant and a designee of the division.N.H.
