Section Per 903.02 - Notification of Overtime(a) When notifying an employee that overtime work is necessary, each supervisor shall inform the employee whether the overtime work is voluntary or required.(b) Each supervisor shall give at least 4 hours notice to each employee of required overtime work, unless an emergency situation affecting health or safety requires less notice.N.H.
